Team TUSI is committed to building a stronger, more united Liberian Community in Charlotte through leadership rooted in service, respect, accountability, and action. We believe the community must work for all Liberians — not just a select few — by creating an environment where every voice matters, every family feels included, and every member has the opportunity to participate and grow. Our mission is to restore trust through open communication, transparent leadership, and meaningful community engagement while promoting unity, youth development, cultural pride, and support for families and elders. We are dedicated to creating a community that is welcoming, responsive, and focused on real impact that people can see and feel.
