On Sunday, June 21, 2026, Team TUSI hosted its Mix & Mingle at The WIN WIN Resort, bringing together members of the Liberian community for an afternoon centered around unity, open dialogue, and meaningful engagement.
The event created an opportunity for community members to connect directly with the Team TUSI Executive Team, ask questions, share concerns, and discuss ideas for moving the Liberian Community Association of Charlotte forward. The gathering reflected Team TUSI’s commitment to building a culture where every voice is heard and every member feels included.
Throughout the Mix & Mingle, attendees engaged in conversations surrounding the future of the community, the importance of active participation, and the role each individual plays in creating positive change. The Executive Team shared their vision and reinforced the core values behind TUSI: Tone, Unity, Service, and Impact.
Discussions also focused on strengthening community involvement, encouraging membership participation, and creating a welcoming environment for longtime members, new members, youth, elders, and families alike.
More than a campaign gathering, the Mix & Mingle served as a reminder that progress begins with connection. Team TUSI remains committed to listening first, leading with service, and working together to create impact that people can feel.
